ILM – Italian Leather Manufacture is a young and dynamic team relying on years of experience and a strong passion for Made in Italy leathergoods. Combining tradition and innovation, our specialization lies in the development and production of high-end leather goods, working with a wide range of materials—from sporty to exotic—using diverse craftsmanship techniques.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
This phase includes various activities: from design and brand identity consultancy, raw materials research, prototype and final sampling. This process can be often long and can go back and forth until we reach the objective.
We work closely with the client in every step of the way.
PRODUCTION
After a first phase, we focus on industrialization optimizing costs by following clients pricing strategy. Ours is a full-service approach, selling finished products and dealing with all suppliers, from raw materials to intermediate specialized craftsmanship and packaging. We follow the whole process throughout, ensuring the best quality and timing for our clients.
